ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Mondays or statutory holidays.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES (CANADA)
We offer flat-rate, weight-based shipping via Canada Post. All domestic shipping options include tracking for your peace of mind.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number within 24 hours. You can use this number to monitor your package's progress via the Canada Post website.

Skip the shipping fees by selecting "Local Pickup" at checkout.

DAMAGAES, LOST, OR STOLEN ITEMS
All tracked packages sent via Canada Post include up to $100 of insurance coverage.

Liability: Esmé & Evee is not responsible for items damaged, lost, or stolen during transit. The customer is responsible for filing any claims with the carrier.

Procedure: If your item arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact Canada Post directly with your tracking number to initiate a claim or locate your parcel.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS
We are not currently shipping internationally. However, please note that any and all customs fees, taxes, or duties incurred on orders are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
RETURN POLICY: FINAL SALE
To ensure we can continue offering unique items, all sales are FINAL. We encourage you to carefully review the detailed product descriptions and photos in each listing before completing your purchase.
